Summary of the

August 18, 2003 Board Meeting

The Association's Board of Directors met on Monday afternoon, August 18, via telephone conference. Most of the meeting's time was spent on the financials and addressing the proposed budget for fiscal year 2004. It is anticipated that the proposed budget will be finalized during our September meeting.

A sample energy audit on 2-bedroom units has been completed and you will hear much more about that in the near future.

The regularly scheduled September meeting will be held at Jerry Schimmoeller's unit, #24-B, on Saturday, September 20, 2003, at 8:00 A.M.
