July
19, 2003 Board Meeting
Your Board held its regularly scheduled monthly
meeting on July 19th. Up for discussion were several issues of general interest.
Those units with wood boxes to be repaired will be receiving a letter giving
them an option either to remove and re-stack wood before and after repair or to
contract with Northern Woods at the owners expense.
Another item of interest is that we now have email
addresses for 59 out of 80 owners. We would like to have 100% participation. We
will have as a goal to update the unit owners via email on all information
important to your enjoyment of your time at Wentworth.
Your Board will be starting to prepare the 2004
proposed budget at their next meeting via a telephone conference call on August
18.
