Meeting Summary

 

A meeting of the Board of Directors was held on Saturday, September 20, 2003. Next year's budget was again scrutinized and approved by the Board. In response to many comments by owners, it was decided to change to a quarterly billing cycle of association dues and insurance.

 

It was decided to hold a Fall Clean Up Day on November 8. Notice of this event will go out with the October 1 billing.

 

            The Board viewed a slide show of an aggressive landscape project for next year. The Board acknowledged Jerry Schimmoeller's hard work and adopted 98% of the Plan.

 

            An Owner's Manual is in the works and will hopefully be complete for the Annual Meeting. Updates to that copy should be available thereafter on our website.

 

            The next Board Meeting will be held at 8 A.M. on Saturday, November 8 at Unit 8D.
