Summary
The Board of Directors met again on Saturday September 17, 2005 at the Wentworth Hotel. In attendance were Directors, Mike Dinneen, David Treadwell, DD Warren, Dick Wright, Jerry Schimmoeller and Anita Drew. Guests were John Bruni and Peggy Dinneen. Fritz Koeppel and Doug Nolting represented Management. All current maintenance issues were addressed and continuing insurance issues were discussed. The Management contract has been renewed and the proposed Budget for the next fiscal year has been presented. The Annual Meeting has been set for December 3, 2005 and the dinner will once again be held at the Red Fox. Owner packets with all the details are being prepared for mailing in the near future.
