Board of Directors Meeting

Summary
On Saturday, September 9, 2006, the Board of Directors met at the Wentworth Hotel. Doug Nolting and Irina Ilieva presented the management report and financials for August ’06 and for Year-to-Date. Also presented was a proposed budget for Fiscal 06/07 prepared by Dan Coughlin and the management team. After review of the proposed budget, the Board voted to approve it. There will be no change in the dues structure for the next fiscal year. The misuse of the dumpster continues to be a problem and Doug will obtain a lock/key system for unit owners. Also a sign of what can and cannot be left at the dumpster will be posted, and dump stickers are available from management if needed.
