August 19,2006 SUMMARY
The Board of Directors met on Saturday, August 19, 2006 at the Wentworth Hotel. Fritz Koeppel and Doug Nolting updated the Board on the monthly repair, installation, painting and landscape work that was accomplished since the last meeting, and presented new items requiring attention since then. Chimney cleaning will be scheduled for the next two months. Dan Coughlin and Fritz Koeppel have been working on a new budget for our next fiscal year which begins October 1, 2006 and presented their thoughts for discussion. A final budget will be presented and approved at the September 9, 2006 Board meeting.
