Summary
The Board of Directors met at the Wentworth on Saturday morning, October 21,2006. The Board reviewed the Management report and the financial statements presented by the management team. The Board also addressed the current insurance issues, particularly the amendment to the By-Laws and the flood plain issue. Plans are being made for the Annual Meeting which will take place on December 2, 2006 at the Red Fox Pub, and the Annual Dinner which will be held this year at the Wentworth. Notices concerning the Annual Meeting and Dinner will be forwarded to all owners in late October or early November.
