Board Meeting Summary

Your Board of Directors met for their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Saturday, October 16, 2004.
The Board has finalized its budget for fiscal year 2005 and continues to prepare for the Annual Meeting and Dinner to be held on December 4, 2004.
Insurance claims and water leaks continue to plague the Association. Your Board is considering a year-round mandatory water shut-off policy, more information will be forthcoming.
The next meeting will be the Annual Meeting on Saturday, December 4, 2004 at the Red Fox at 9:30 A.M..
