Summary
The Board of Directors met again on Saturday, October 15, 2005 at the Wentworth Hotel. In attendance were Directors, Mike Dinneen, David Treadwell, DD Warren, Dick Wright, Jerry Schimmoeller and Dan Coughlin. Guests were John Bruni and John Seavey. Fritz Koeppel and Doug Nolting represented Management. All current maintenance issues were addressed; it was noted that work still was needed on replacing a skylight, finishing the inspection of septic systems, and some painting. The mold problems in 66C have been repaired, pending one last inspection. The financial status of the Association was reviewed, and the proposed Budget for the next fiscal year discussed. Dan Coughlin will present financial information at the annual meeting. The flood plain status was presented by John Seavey; he will give a status report at the annual meeting.
