Board Meeting Summary

Your Board of Directors met for their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Saturday, September 18, 2004.
The Board is finalizing its budget for fiscal year 2005 as well as preparing for our Annual Meeting and Dinner to be held on December 4, 2004. Please mark this date on your calendar.
Two items of interest are as follows:
— Jacuzzis that are not used regularly and often tend to dry out and are more susceptible to leaks. Please be vigilant.
— ADT has the primary contact as the unit owner. People using ADT for their security systems might consider requesting the primary contact be switched to Fritz Koeppel, our property manager.
The next Board Meeting has been scheduled for Saturday, October 16, 2004.
