Board Meeting
Summary
The Board of Directors met on Saturday, June 26, 2004. Fritz Koeppel reported that his transition to Property Manager has been virtually seamless. Fritz had the pleasure to introduce Mike Colpoys at the meeting. Mike was with Northern Woods and is now working full time with Fritz devoted to Association matters.
Repairs to the Dumpster Building are just about complete. A reminder to all to please refrain from placing anything dangerous in the building. There is a bucket outside the building for ashes, please avail yourself of it. Also, in the not so distant past, someone left a propane tank in the dumpster. We ask you to please think about what goes in that building.
At the Board’s request. White Mountain Oil has done a number of inspections and found the need for anti-freeze in some boilers. Please remember to follow up on their requests.
The Board discussed the issue of flood insurance and all the related problems that go with it. More information will be available in the coming months.
