Summary
The Board of Directors met at the Wentworth Resort Hotel on Saturday, May 21. Both Fritz Koeppel and Mike Colpoys represented the management team for the condominium complex. All were impressed with the paving that was accomplished earlier in the month – the combination of this new paving and some excellent work being done on landscaping by Eastern Green have greatly improved the appearance of the complex. A number of items were discussed, including repairs of leaks after the winter, upkeep of septic systems, and continued misuse of the dumpster building by disposing of large items which should have been taken to the transfer station.
The financial picture continues to be favorable, with the April special assessment replacing much of what was spent on the paving (which came in under budget). Other items of old business include the continuing arbitration over the Bistro, the insurance policy and a communication to go out to owners about it, and the issues surrounding the flood plain.
