Board Meeting
Summary
The Board of Directors met on Saturday, May 15, 2004. The Board welcomed Fritz Koeppel to the meeting as our new Property Manager. You should be hearing directly from him very shortly with all new contact information.
Fritz had the pleasure to introduce Shawn Landers of Eastern Green who will be overseeing the lawn maintenance and landscaping projects here at the Association. A walk around with Shawn and Fritz has already been accomplished and we look forward to working with both of these professionals.
An owner's request form is being created for posting on our website. The Board anticipates that this will expedite your communications with the Property Manager.
We do have new neighbors here at the Wentworth. Apparently the carpenter ants like Jackson just as much as we do. If you happen to see any, please contact Fritz Koeppel at the Wentworth Hotel who will then pass along the information to Presidential Pest Control.
