Summary
The Board of Directors met at the Wentworth Resort Hotel on April 22, 2006. The management report included notification that 4 new skylights had been purchased, to be installed in units 8B, 8D, 14C, and 66A if needed. Deck work is to be started the next week in April on Buildings 84 and 82. Building 84 will be painted this year. A chimney cap was installed on 8B. Eastern Green will work behind building 10 to remedy the run-off problem behind 10C. Paving for the remainder of the complex will be in May. Owners will be notified about a parking ban as soon as the dates are verified. All dues are paid up to date. The treasurer presented the financial sheets; the association is in good shape. 15 MPH signs will be posted around the condominium streets. The board spent 3 hours walking the properties, to build a new punch list and verify elements of the proposed landscape plan to be carried out this year by Eastern Green.
