February 21, 2004 Board Meeting
Your Board of Directors met on Saturday, February 21. In addition to the usual business of the meeting, there were three items of particular interest to all unit owners.
Recently there was a fire in the dumpster building. The cause was hot ashes. Please, if you have renters or guests, make sure that they are aware of our "hot ashes" trashcan outside of the dumpster building.
Lot #20 development discussions continued and a letter outlining present status was sent to all Owners. The Board may follow up with phone calls as it determines this to be a most important matter.
And last, but
certainly not least, Northern Woods, our property manager for the last
2-1/2 years, has given notice that they will not continue in the capacity of
property manager after April 15. Please know that your Board is working hard to
accomplish a smooth and seamless transition.
